Nurse Debbie Maynard has been practicing nursing for 40 years but believes in keeping up with current trends and practices. She has nursing experience in Family Practice, Ophthalmology, OB/gyne Immediate Care, and Pulmonary. She believes in treating the patient as a "whole" and not one specific entity. She enjoys collaborating with the team to provide the best care possible for the patient.
Suellen Moen, BSN, RN, CCRC

Nurse Suellen has been working with Dr. Stone in Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Research for 14 years. Her responsibilities include coordination and oversight of all the sponsor and investigator-initiated CF research protocols. Suellen also helps as an office nurse for the North Suburban Physicians when necessary. She has been a nurse for 30 years, working in areas spanning critical care and spinal cord injury to hospice. “My joy is caring for my patients, and the trust that develops with that relationship. They fulfill me, and I help provide them with the care they deserve when they are at their most vulnerable.”
Candace Brenizer, Office Manager
Candace has been with North Suburban Pulmonary & Critical Care Consultants since 2001. She first served as Office Receptionist and then Billing Coordinator before taking over as Office Manager. Outside of work, Candace enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs.
Theresa Rolla, Office Receptionist
Theresa has been with North Suburban Pulmonary & Critical Care Consultants since 2011. She works everyday to meet patient needs, whether it’s scheduling appointments, returning messages and communicating with the doctors and nurses to providing quality of care. Theresa’s 20+ years of experience in medical records and credentialing allow her to provide seamless service to patients.
Theresa is fluent in Spanish, and when she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her two children, Courtney and Joey, and playing and walking with her American Bulldog mix, Kiera.
Georgina Cuamatzi, Clerical Coordinator
Georgina has worked in the medical field for 25 years and has been with North Suburban Pulmonary & Critical Care Consultants since 2016. She handles the practice’s prior authorizations and receives and sends all medical records. When she’s not at the office, Georgina enjoys spending time with her children.
